• The Minister of Trade and Industry has published the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Regulations. This is in respect of the administration and implementation of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act and sets out the functions of the Commission. • The Minister of Trade and Industry has also published a Government Notice relating to the granting of the Industrial Development Corporation B-BBEE Facilitator Status. Public comments are invited till 19 June 2016- Gazette No. 39997.
